You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account password and payment information. You must not share your account with anyone else or use anyone else’s account without their permission. You must also notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account.

Products and services: We offer a range of automotive parts under our in-house brand PST to dealers only. Our products include oil filter, fuel filter, air filter, cabin air filter, hydraulic filter, engine oil, brake pad, and wiper blade. Our products are subject to availability and may change from time to time without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantity or refuse the sale of any product at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Orders and payments: You can place an order on our website https://www.profill.com.my by selecting the products that you want to purchase and adding them to your cart. You can then proceed to checkout and provide your billing address, shipping address, payment information, and any other details required to complete your order. You can pay for your order using one of the payment methods that we accept, such as credit card, debit card, online banking, or e-wallet. Your order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us with your order number and details. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order at any time for any reason, such as out of stock, incorrect price, fraud, or violation of these terms and conditions. We will notify you of any cancellation or rejection via email or phone and issue a refund if applicable.

Delivery and returns: We offer free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia for orders above RM 300. For orders below RM 300, a delivery fee of RM 10 will be charged. For delivery to Sabah and Sarawak, a delivery fee of RM 20 will be charged regardless of the order amount. We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days after payment confirmation. However, delivery time may vary depending on the availability of stock, courier service, and other factors beyond our control. We will notify you of any delays or issues with your order via email or phone. You can track your order status using the tracking number provided in the confirmation email.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. You will also need to provide proof of purchase and a valid reason for the refund request. To initiate a refund request, please contact us at [email protected] or 03-9213 0639. We will process your request within 14 days and inform you of the outcome via email or phone. If your refund is approved, we will issue a credit to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for returning the product to us at your own expense.

Warranty and liability: We offer a 12-month warranty for our products from the date of purchase, covering any defects in materials or workmanship. To claim the warranty, you will need to provide proof of purchase and return the defective product to us for inspection and replacement. The warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, modification, or normal wear and tear. Our liability for any claim arising from or relating to our products or services is limited to the amount paid by you for the product or service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, such as loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or relating to our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Intellectual property rights: We own or have the right to use all the intellectual property rights in our website https://www.profill.com.my and our products and services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, images, texts, software, and content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our website and services for your personal and non-commercial use only.
