  • Scope: This delivery policy applies to all orders placed on our website https://www.profill.com.my by dealers who purchase our products.   • Delivery charges: We offer free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia for orders above RM 300. For orders below RM 300, a delivery fee of RM 10 will be charged. For delivery to Sabah and Sarawak, a delivery fee of RM 20 will be charged regardless of the order amount. The delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to change the delivery charges at any time without prior notice.

 

  • Delivery time: We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days after payment confirmation. However, delivery time may vary depending on the availability of stock, courier service, and other factors beyond our control. We will notify you of any delays or issues with your order via email or phone. You can track your order status using the tracking number provided in the confirmation email.

 

  • Delivery address: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing your order. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery address. If you need to change your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or 03-9213 0639. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we can make the change before your order is shipped.

 

  • Delivery confirmation: You or someone authorized by you must be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for your order. If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier service may leave a notice card with instructions on how to arrange for redelivery or collection. If you fail to receive or collect your order within the specified time frame, your order may be returned to us and you may incur additional charges for redelivery or cancellation.
